Simply add all the totals that you have figured and you will know the square footage you need to accommodate your party under a tent. Keep in mind that these dimensions are guidelines and some adjustments may be necessary. We'll be happy to help you fine tune the planning. NOTE: One other important thing to remember when renting a tent is the size of the space where the tent is to be set-up. This area needs to be 10' longer and 10' wider than the actual size of the tent itself in order to allow room to stake the tent (i.e., 30' x 40' tent needs a 40' x 50' space to fit).

Yes. There is a minimum order of $50.00 required for delivery of items other than tents.

There is a minimum of $40.00 delivery charge on all orders that do not include the rental of a tent. All tent prices include set up and take down unless otherwise specified. If delivery is outside the the city of Syracuse, an additional charge will be quoted. Tables, chairs and other rental items are door-to-door or dock-to-dock unless other arrangements are made in advance. Any additional charges for setup, take down, security, cleaning, etc. will be quoted.

Payment is to be made upon delivery by cash, check, MasterCard or Visa unless billing terms are established.

All customers will be sent a rental agreement which must be signed and returned with a deposit to confirm reservation. Deposits required are as follows:

Deposit is non-refundable if order is canceled less than 14 days prior to the rental date.
